    We’re a different kind of banquet center! A beautiful setting with no requirements on food and drink.

    Whether you’re planning a Wedding Ceremony or Reception, a Birthday or Graduation Party, Community Event or Quinceañera, the Naples Arts & Banquet Center is the perfect venue! Nestled comfortably on a preserve in Naples, our largest studio ballroom accommodates 175 guests with a dance floor and overlooks a covered outdoor patio and pristine croquet and lawn bowling courts. Guests enter the venue through a rambling arbor with climbing vines and twinkling lights. When both ballrooms are utilized, 250 guests will enjoy a lovely setting that includes maple dance floors, tin tile high ceilings and large arched windows looking out to the wooded area. A video projector and screen are available in the studio for slide show or video presentations. Your rental includes use of the service kitchen, as well as the lobby, which is the perfect area to place your buffet. Tables and chairs are also included, and our crew will set them up and break them down based on your instructions. Showers are available in both rest rooms, and the ladies’ room also has a vanity and two dressing rooms. Event services and providers such as your caterer, event planner, beverage selection, decorator and music, may be chosen at your discretion. The facility may be rented on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings. Tours are available by calling 239-593-8280. We’re available most days to help you plan your special occasion.

    General Information and Rules

    Access Policy

    • Studio III access for Friday is 11:00 a.m.and Saturday and Sunday begins at 1:00 pm.
    • Access to Studio II is 8:00 a.m. on Fridays and 4:30 pm on Saturdays while school is in session.
    • Access to the Service Kitchen for item drop-off and storage is 9:00 am on Fridays & Saturdays.
    • All events must end by 1:00 am, unless an optional extension fee is paid
    • When school is not in session, the Naples Arts and Banquet Center may also be available on Mondays – Thursdays at the Friday General Rental Cost rates (contact us for details)

    Last Minute Discounts

    • General Rental Cost will be reduced by 10% for open dates booked within 31-60 days of event.
    • General Rental Cost will be reduced by 20% for open dates booked within 30 days of event.

    General Rental Cost Includes

    • Studio III, Covered Terrace, Lobby, Service Kitchen and Rest Rooms for up to 7 hours
    • 4 – 5 hours of setup time before event starts and 1 hour of cleanup time after event ends
    • Available tables and chairs for up to 175+ people
    • Setup and breakdown of tables and chairs, as instructed
    • A Supervisor to handle garbage, bathroom supplies and any issues that may arise during event
    • A cleaning staff after event ends
    Please Note: Tenant is expected to leave the premises in good condition

    Optional Ceremony Venues and Pricing

    Ceremony Venue pricing is available when the Naples Arts and Banquet Center is rented for a reception as well.
    • Studio II - $300 (+tax $18)
    • Arbor Walkway - $300 (+tax $18)
    • Outdoor Platform - $300 (+tax $18)
    • Gazebo - $500 (+tax $30)
    Please Note: The rental and use of Studio II, the Arbor Walkway, the Outdoor Platform, or the Gazebo for ceremonies includes our setup and breakdown of up to 100 white folding chairs. If more than 100 chairs are needed, there will be a charge of $1 per additional chair plus tax (6%).

    Tablecloth Rentals

    • Prices range from $7 to $25 plus tax (6%)
    • White, round tablecloths are available to rent for the dining tables
    • White or black, fitted tablecloths are available for the miscellaneous rectangle tables
    • Tablecloth rental information, including pricing, can be found online or by request in the studio

    Miscellaneous Pricing

    6% tax will be added to the following miscellaneous charges:
    • Extended event hours (max. until 2 am) - $1 per person/$100 minimum
    • Wedding Arch - $50
    • Use of confetti in ballroom - $50
    • Use of silk flowers outside - $50
    • Roman Columns – 8ft - $20 each
    • Use of each stereo system - Studio II or Studio III - $100
    •Use of projector is $100 and Sound System is $150

    Food and Drink, Decorations, Music, etc

    Food, beverages, decorations, music and other event supplies are the sole responsibility of the person(s) renting the Naples Arts and Banquet Center. There are no restrictions on the use of event service suppliers or providers, although, the Naples Arts and Banquet Center staff is happy to share the names and contact information of our high recommendations.

    • The date for your event will be reserved upon contract signing and payment of the initial Damage Deposit
