Whether you’re planning a wedding ceremony or reception, a birthday or graduation party, community event or quinceañera, our banquet center rental in Naples, FL is the perfect venue! Nestled comfortably on a preserve, our largest studio ballroom accommodates 175 guests with a dance floor and overlooks a covered outdoor patio and pristine croquet courts. Guests enter the venue through a rambling arbor with climbing vines and twinkling lights. When both ballrooms are utilized, 250 guests will enjoy a lovely setting that includes maple dance floors, tin tile high ceilings and large arched windows looking out to the wooded area.

What’s Included

BANQUET CENTER RENTAL

Your banquet center rental in Naples, FL at Études de Ballet includes use of the service kitchen, as well as the lobby, which is the perfect area to place your buffet. Tables and chairs are also included, and our crew will set them up and break them down based on your instructions. Showers are available in both rest rooms, and the ladies’ room also has a vanity and two dressing rooms. A video projector and screen are available in the studio for slide show or video presentations. Event services and providers such as your caterer, event planner, beverage selection, decorator and music, may be chosen at your discretion. The facility may be rented on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings.

General Rental Information

  • Studio III access for Friday and Saturday is 12:00 pm and Sunday begins at 1:00 pm.
  • Access to Studio II is at 3:30 pm on Saturdays.
  • Access to the Service Kitchen for item drop-off and storage is 9:00 am on Fridays & Saturdays & Sundays.
  • All events must end by 1:00 am, unless an optional extension fee is paid
  • The Naples Arts and Banquet Center may also be available on Mondays – Thursdays at the Friday General Rental Cost rates (contact us for details)
  • $100 discount for bookings 61-120 days before the event.
  • General Rental Cost will be reduced by 10% for open dates booked within 31-60 days of event.
  • General Rental Cost will be reduced by 20% for open dates booked within 30 days of event.
  • Studio III, Covered Terrace, Lobby, Service Kitchen and Rest Rooms for up to 7 hours
  • 4 – 5 hours of setup time before event starts and 1 hour of cleanup time after event ends
  • Available tables and chairs for up to 175+ people
  • Setup and breakdown of tables and chairs, as instructed
  • A Supervisor to handle garbage, bathroom supplies and any issues that may arise during event
  • A cleaning staff after event ends
Please Note: Tenant is expected to leave the premises in good condition
Optional Ceremony Venue pricing is available as an add on to an existing Naples Arts and Banquet Center rental.
  • Studio II - $600
  • Outdoor Platform and Lawn - $500
  • Gazebo - $800
Please Note: The rental and use of Studio II, the Outdoor Platform & lawn, or the Gazebo for ceremonies includes our setup and breakdown of up to 100 white folding chairs. If more than 100 chairs are needed, there will be a charge of $1 per additional chair.
  • Prices are $10 per tablecloth plus tax (6%)
  • White, round tablecloths are available to rent for the dining tables
  • White or black, fitted tablecloths are available for the miscellaneous rectangle tables

6% tax will be added to the following miscellaneous charges:

  • Extended event hours (max. until 2 am) - $2 per person/$200 minimum
  • Wedding Arch - $150
  • Roman Columns – 8ft - $20 each
  • Use of each stereo system - Studio II or Studio III - $100
  • Use of projector is $150
Food, beverages, decorations, music and other event supplies are the sole responsibility of the person(s) renting the Naples Arts and Banquet Center. There are no restrictions on the use of event service suppliers or providers. The use of fireworks, sparklers, confetti, crepe paper, glitter, silly string, or any other substance that requires special cleaning effort is prohibited. This includes rice, bird seed or silk flower petals that might be thrown or spread. Real flower petals or bubbles are allowed outside.
  • The date for your event will be reserved upon contract signing and payment of the initial deposit

The prices listed below are for the exclusive use of the largest ballroom, Studio III. The price for over 175 people includes the use of the middle ballroom, Studio II.  Deposit is held for security and damages and will be returned within two weeks after the event if there are no problems.
